There are hundreds of "best office chair" lists on the internet. Most are written by people who never sat in the chairs. We do things differently.

Spec-Driven

We compare actual product specifications — seat pan dimensions, weight capacity, height range, adjustability points — not marketing copy.

Standards-Based

Our ergonomic recommendations are grounded in established standards from OSHA, BIFMA, and peer-reviewed ergonomic research.

Independent

We don't take payment from manufacturers for positive reviews. Affiliate commissions don't influence our recommendations.

How We Make Money

When we talk about neutral posture, monitor height, or reach zones, we lean on publicly available ergonomic guidance such as OSHA computer workstation guidance and furniture industry resources from BIFMA. Product recommendations still start from published specs and fit-for-purpose reasoning — not paid rankings or fabricated “lab tests.”
